Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon comprises 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, and 5% Malbec. The vineyards are all located high up in the mountains on the north-eastern side of the Sonoma Valley. The vines receive the last rays of light to hit Sonoma allowing for the fruit to fully mature. The wine was aged for 29 months in 50% new French Oak. 329 cases made.
