Shelly was recruited in August 2012 to join the Three Sticks team with 10 years under her belt in the wine industry as Controller and Operations Manager for Ted Lemon at Littorai Wines. During that time she managed office and tasting room staff, headed human resources and was integral in the long term strategic planning, budgeting and cash flow, taxes, construction financing and financial reporting. Hailing from Illinois, Shelly received a degree in International Business from Illinois State University. Her diverse non-wine industry background includes marketing management and teaching English abroad for over a year in remote Central Mexico.
